Executive with over 20 years of professional experience mainly in the private sector in leading companies in their segments and focused on finance, planning and performance.
In the last 6 years is in charge of Municipal Government of Rio de Janeiro as undersecretary of concessions and PPPs. Responsible for formulating guidelines for Strategic Projects, and large Concessions and PPP; by carrying out feasibility studies and structure portfolio of projects related to the Concession and PPP; and coordinate and monitor the work and results of the implementation of these projects.
