Attorney Michael Uwaechie is a Director at Weircapacity Limited, Nigeria, where he heads the firm’s training and Public-private Partnership (PPP) unit. He has advised on various PPP projects Africa and is specialized in designing the PPP Institutional, Legal and Regulatory Frameworks. Michael has been accredited by APMG, U.K as a CP3P (Foundation) trainer and routinely delivers capacity building courses on PPPs. 

 
His research experiences cut across project finance and infrastructure developments in Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, Mozambique, South Africa and Uganda. In 2010, he  was an adjunct faculty at Fordham University School of Law, New York where he developed and lectured a course on Public Private Partnership in Anglo-Africa; a course which examined how PPP governance and financing mechanisms in Anglo-Africa compare with global best practices.
