PPP資格認定プログラムが日本語でスタート
(Please scroll down for English translation) PPP資格認定プログラムが日本語でスタート APMG のPPP資格認定のための試験が日本語で受けられるようになった。これまでは、PPP資格の認定は、英語、中国語、スペイン語、フランス語、ブラジス系ポルトガル語、ロシア語、セルビア語の7 か国語で試験を受けられるようになっていたが、これに日本語が加わることになった。APMGは、PPP資格の基礎試験のテキストとなるPPPガイドの用語集と第1章を2018年12月に日本語で公開していたが、このテキストを活用した試験がようやく日本語で受けられるようになった。 PPP認証プログラムは3つの試験:基礎試験、事業準備試験、及び事業実施試験で成り立っており、基礎試験は、残り2つの試験を受験する前に合格しておかなければならない必修の試験である。3つ全ての試験に合格した受験者は、CP³Pのデジタル認証を獲得し、ソーシャルメディアで共有することによって、認定PPP プロフェッショナルであることを証明できるようになる。 日本語翻訳を担当したクラウンエイジェンツ・... The European Network on Debt and Development, an NGO operating in the Public Private Partnerships sector, has called upon The World Bank Group (WBG) to stop funding and promoting PPPs, until they are thoroughly reviewed and confirm their effectiveness.
